Nghiên cứu được thực hiện nhằm mục tiêu xác định nồng độ và số lần phun chất điều hòa sinh trưởng thực vật brassinolide để cải thiện sự sinh trưởng và năng suất giống lúa OM 2517. Nghiên cứu được tiến hành trong vụ Đông Xuân 2012 - 2013 tại huyện Giá Rai, tỉnh Bạc Liêu. Thí nghiệm 2 nhân tố: (1) nồng độ chất điều hòa sinh trưởng thực vật brassinolide (0,00; 0,05; 0,10; 0,15 mg/L); (2) số lần phun: 1 lần (15 ngày sau sạ) và 2 lần (15 và 50 ngày sau sạ) và được bố trí theo thể thức khối hoàn toàn ngẫu nhiên, được lặp lại 3 lần. Kết quả thí nghiệm cho thấy phun brassinolide làm giảm đổ ngã của lúa so với đối chứng. Khi tăng nồng độ brassinolide giúp gia tăng chỉ số màu xanh lá 5 và 15 ngày sau khi trổ, chiều dài lóng thứ nhất, số hạt chắc trên bông. Sử dụng brassinolide 0,05 mg/L phun 1 lần/vụ cho năng suất 7,29 tấn/ha và tăng 6,73% so với đối chứng.
ABSTRACT
The study was implemented to determine the concentration and the number of times spraying of plant growth regulator namely brassinolide to improve the growth and yield of the OM 2517 rice variety. A study was implemented during Winter - Spring 2012 - 2013 in Gia Rai district, Bac Lieu province. Two factorial experiments: (1) The concentration of the plant growth regulator brassinolide (0.00; 0.05; 0.10; 0.15 mg/L); (2) The number of time spraying: 1 time (15 days after seeding) and 2 times (15 and 50 days after seeding). The experiment was laid out in Randomized Complete Block Design with 3 replications. Results show that the application of brassinolide decreases the rice lodging compared to the control. The increment of brassinolide concentration improves the leaf color index at 5 and 15 days after flowering and the length of the first internode, the number of filled grain/panicle.
Brassinolide 0.05 mg/L sprayed one time per crop obtain rice yield 7.29 tons/ha, that increasing 6.73% in comparison with the control.
