Based on the rules and the regulations of the Journal, the Editorial assistants will scan the form, format, plagiarism check and structure of the manuscript.  

*Note: To the plagiarism check: A manuscript will be checked by the software 

If the manuscript has been checked around <~ 20%, it will be accepted; If the plagiarism check is > 20%, the manuscript will be notified to the author for editing); then deliver the manuscript to the Editor-in-Chief and the Deputy Editor-in-Chief to review and decide whether the manuscript has met the requirements and is eligible for the peer review process.
+ Case 1: The decision to refuse to transfer the manuscript in the peer review process is decided by the Editor-in-Chief, the Editorial assistants will notify the corresponding author through the online journal management system. 

+ Case 2: The decision to agree to deliver the manuscript into the peer review process is decided by the Editor-in-Chief, the Editorial assistants will notify the corresponding author through the online journal management system, provide the specific instructions for the next steps.
