1. Send and receive articles 

An author submits an article through the online journal management system (https://tapchidhnlhue.huaf.edu.vn/). After that, the corresponding author of the article will receive an email for confirmation that the submission process has been completed. 

2. Review submissions 

Based on the rules and the regulations of the Journal, the Editorial assistants will scan the form, format, plagiarism check and structure of the manuscript.  

*Note: To the plagiarism check: A manuscript will be checked by the software

If the manuscript has been checked around <~ 20%, it will be accepted; If the plagiarism check is > 20%, the manuscript will be notified to the author for editing); then deliver the manuscript to the Editor-in-Chief and the Deputy Editor-in-Chief to review and decide whether the manuscript has met the requirements and is eligible for the peer review process.
+ Case 1: The decision to refuse to transfer the manuscript in the peer review process is decided by the Editor-in-Chief, the Editorial assistants will notify the corresponding author through the online journal management system. 

+ Case 2: The decision to agree to deliver the manuscript into the peer review process is decided by the Editor-in-Chief, the Editorial assistants will notify the corresponding author through the online journal management system, provide the specific instructions for the next steps. 

3. Reviews 

The Editor-in-Chief and the Deputy Editor-in-Chief will appoint 02 specialized reviewers for reviewing the manuscript. The peer reviewers review the manuscript based on the standards, rules and time limit no more than 21 days.  The results of reviewers of the article are as follows:

The article is accepted for publication and is not necessary for being edited or supplemented.

The article is accepted for publication that it must be corrected and supplemented for the request of the reviewers.

The article will be edited, supplemented and completed, and returned to the Journal for the next reviews.

The manuscript is not accepted. 

4. Deal with the review results 

The article has been accepted by 02 reviewers: The Editorial assistants will inform the author through the online journal management system, then the author will complete the article according to the reviews’comments within 10 days, and give the feedback and revision. After receiving the completed article, the Editorial assistants will address to the Editor-in-Chief and the Deputy Editor-in-Chief to decide whether to accept the article for publication through the online journal management system. The article is approved by one reviewer, one reviewer disagrees: The Editorial assistants will deliver the manuscript to the Editor-in-Chief and the Deputy Editor-in-Chief to decide on the following: 

+ The accepted article: Comply with Article 8, Clause 4, Section a of the regulation. 

+ Do not accept the article: The Editor-in-Chief and the Deputy Editor-in-Chief will decide not to accept the article through the online journal management system, sending the comments of the reviewers why not to accept the article. The article is not accepted for publication by two reviewers:

The Editor-in-Chief and the Deputy Editor-in-Chief decide not to accept the article for publication through the online journal management system, giving the disagreed reviewers’ comments to the author. 

5. The process of the accepted article

+ After 10 days of the accepted article for publication, if the author does not send the completed article according to the comments of the reviewers or of the Editorial Board, the article will be rejected for publication.

+ If after 10 days, the Journal receives the completed article from the author, the Editorial assistants will check the article’s  format, spelling, references... then contact the author to finish the article within 07 days. After receiving the fulfilled article, the Editorial assistants will deliver the article to the Editor-in-Chief and the Deputy Editor-in-Chief to evaluate whether to accept its publication or not.

- Case 01: The article has been accepted for publication: the Editorial assistants will notify the corresponding author on the volume, the number of the article with the expected time of publication.

- Case 02: The article has not been accepted for publication. The Editorial assistants will notify the corresponding author on the reasons why the article is not allowed for publication due to its infringement of copyright, scientific research ethics, or serious content errors.
